Wait, What?

No one is paying much attention to the burgeoning Anti-War movement within the Democrat Party. Recent Fox polling shows overtly anti-war RFK Jr (Robert F Kennedy Jr) at 19% in the Presidential Primary while Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey shows that 54% of likely U.S. voters view RFK Jr. favorably. Assuming the non-candidate Tulsi Gabbard has a constituency within the Party it is not a stretch to believe that when she characterizes President Biden as a warmonger she is not alone. Because the neo-liberal warhawks have a strangle hold on the media we can understand that other voices are afraid to support the anti-war position. Anyone who is against the war is branded by the Establishment media and the manipulator classes as a Russian agent (euphemism for traitor) and quickly dismissed.

But the situation is not new. The polling numbers are quickly ascending to the levels of the anti-war sentiment in 1966-67 where the Democrat Party was engulfed in the increasingly unpopular Vietnam war.

Despite the concerted activities of the U S government/media propaganda machine, attitudes are morphing. The kettle of anti-war opinion in Europe is on a slow boil, steam can be seen coming from fissures in the American crust and BRICS is smoldering. Perhaps the unseen Hand of Good is becoming manifest.

My wife and I often read The Other Road Ahead in the morning after breakfast. I read the May 20 selection that mentions the artist Wassily Kandinsky who is best known for his work with color. His most famous canvases are arrangements of colored shapes and horizons in unique patterns.

During our discussion of Kandinsky my wife interrupted me and said, “I had a strange dream last night. We were at an art show and you were exhibiting, but not your usual work. The paintings were strange blotches and dots of color scattered on the canvas”.

I tried to imagine what she saw in the dream and then it hit me. Doesn’t it seem strange that today’s reading is about Kandinsky as a shaman and you had a dream about similar work with colored shapes❔ Coincidence? Synchronicity ❔

“A”-the letter. The first letter in the alphabet has a greater meaning than just another element in a series of letters. “A” signifies the number one, a premier part. When we see “A” by itself we think of something in first place or without predecessor. The origin of creation. “A” is associated with the Greek Alpha and the Hebrew Aleph. Both have spiritual significance. For instance, Alpha is sometimes thought to be a symbol for the Moon the closest celestial body and the first planet in the ancient rising order of planets. By extension Alpha is a sign for the Archangel Gabriel who rules the Moon and our dreams. It is believed by many cultures that dreams are the initiation of actions and the prime movers of human activity. “A” leads the procession of characters which create our words and ultimately initiates our actions.*
