I was educated to believe everything be like predictable 1+1=2 If A=B &B=C then A=C like so. Straight line logic. But almost nothing works that way in life. Not many straight lines. Mostly squiggles and fits & starts. Sometimes adapting is painful.
It’s on my mind. The deteriorating situation in our national fabric, the War, events in the Global South, all seem to me like a massive family feud. Relatives jockeying for positions at the table. A food fight at Thanksgiving dinner. My family wasn’t all that friendly so the situation seems oddly familiar to me.
